This is our first post here, so let's tell you what is this all about...
1st 3DEER means : 3D Environment Explorer using Lego NXT Robots..
2nd that long name means : You put your young robot inside an unknown room or building, and it'll explore there for some time then comes out with a 3d fine model for the room.. cool, huh ?
3rd Who are we ?
We are a group of 5 Computer Science Students, Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences, Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt.
Our names :

why do these things i read seems to be so hard for me , in weeks i`ll be anew student in FCIS 3ain shams uni. but i don`t know why i feel as am goin to the atmosphere,to somwhere out of my globe,cause of being ignorent,iam sceard when i read this blog,wish me luck then,specialy am having the same thought ima head since i was a kid about doin somthin that wont be forgotten...salsabeel nasr..hopin to be an engineer

Let me first welcome you on board of FCIS Ain Shams....
let me declare some points...
1- When we were joining FCIS, most of people (I say most = 90%) didn't know how to make a new word document... and I see you having a gmail account, searched (or asked) for one of FCISians blogs, read it and posted a comment.... I can tell you that you are better than 95% of ur dof3a...
2- You want to make something that nobody would forget, I can tell you that you are better than 75% of ur dof3a... cuz a lot of people enter the college cuz of their rank in GSC.. nothing more.... you have a motivation, keep it... you will reach what you want be ezn ellah...
3- When we entered the faculty, we had that same motivation, we wanted to be different (positively of course) and to have that unique thing that nobody will ever forget... so as we entered, we started asking about activities/groups (Robocon, ACM ASCIS, EOI,... etc) and we nearly joined all of them... they offer great experience that you will not find in regular faculty life...
Finally, I wish you best of luck... I wish you enjoy ur new family...
I wish you give people more than what you expect them to give you...
